Cancellation Policy

RE-SCHEDULING POLICY Bright Trust Car Wash And Mobile Detail Solutions Re-Scheduling: Once a Booking is completed and you have secured and scheduled a Service Appointment, Clients are then able to Reschedule a Service Appointment at anytime - with no charges or fees. The exception to this is if the Reschedule occurs between 0 minutes to 60 minutes (1 hour) prior to the scheduled Service Appointment time: In this case (60 or less minutes from Scheduled Appointment time), Clients will not not be able to reschedule online from the website, or from the Mobile App. Instead you will be directed to Contact Us directly. A representative will assist with rescheduling your Service Appointment. Additionally, once the representative completes the reschedule, he/she will communicate with the Detailer and it it is found that the Detailer/s are already in route to the Client's location, a Rescheduling Fee of $10.00 will be billed and charged. Our company's cost for services is very competitive, this minor charge ensures it doesn't take on negative cash flow in these situations. If someone has alternative suggestions we would be happy to tune into your comments on this. This policy is not in effect for services that have no cost or are FREE of charge.
